As Chief Impact Officer of CO Tech, Andy is responsible for translating ideas into tech solutions that drive change. He has successfully launched a raft of innovative products for CO that further business action on the SDGs. Prior to CO Andy co-founded and ran a fair trade factory and brand group in India, gaining first hand experience driving impact through purpose led business.
Melanie Plank

Melanie is a leading expert in content and training that furthers business action on the SDGs. She is responsible for launching CO's ground-breaking training credit functionality, harnessing tech to accelerate engagement. Prior to CO Melanie led content at WGSN and Stylus, and worked on the ground with marginalised groups in Cambodia.

Steven heads up CO's tech partner agency and leads the development of CO's tech platforms and solutions. A systems and database genius, he thinks outside the box to find the simplest, most efficient and elegant solutions to complex challenges.

Michelle is highly skilled in organisation and detail-oriented project management, consistently delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget. Her leadership and proactive problem-solving allow the team to focus on creating high-quality solutions that meet user needs.
